Who are we?

History:
The Wagner Consulting Group was founded by Clyde Wagner in 2003 to provide quality safety and operational consulting services to the Elevator and Amusement Device industries. Mr. Wagner is a nationally recognized expert in the elevator and amusement device industry with over 45 years of experience.  He led the North Carolina Department of Labor, Elevator, and Amusement Device Bureau as the Bureau Chief for six years. His leadership has prepared the company for continued growth and new challenges. In 2010, Jonathan Brooks joined The Wagner Consulting Group as Vice President.  Mr. Brooks is a recognized industry leader in innovative safety strategies and compliance. He has over 20 years of experience, including over five years as the Bureau Chief of the North Carolina Department of Labor, Elevator, and Amusement Device Bureau.  In July 2011, Mr. Brooks took over as the president of Wagner Consulting Group and has continued to lead the company to new growth and challenges.

Mr. Wagner’s leadership has prepared the company for continued growth and new challenges.  His vision of assembling a group of highly qualified experts to meet the growing demands of local and state governments to address elevator and amusement device safety is the cornerstone of The Wagner Consulting Group.
