The Wagner Consulting Group provides quality safety inspections for all forms of vertical transportation devices which include elevators, escalators, moving walks, vertical platform lifts, and rack and pinion lifts. We provide initial, acceptance, recurring, periodic, and annual inspections for these devices as well as maintenance evaluations. Additionally, we provide service contract specification review and writing as well as specification review and writing for new installations and alterations of vertical transportation devices.

The Wagner Consulting Group is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) A17.1 Safety Code for Elevators Standards Committee, the ASME A17.2 Committee, ASME QEI Committee and the ASME A17.4 Committee. These committees are responsible for evaluating and authoring the safety standards for the vertical transportation industry. We believe our representation on these national committees places us in a unique position to understand the evolving requirements and standards throughout the industry.

The Wagner Consulting Group inspectors are Qualified Elevator Inspectors (QEI) Organization.
